I've been a hand-illustrator and calligrapher since early childhood, was one of the first adopters of digital design software, and posess an in-depth understanding of advanced creatives and technology.

My background as an LAX air traffic controller, jet pilot, global plane crash investigator, and professional racing driver, instilled extreme precision, rapid synthesis of complex data, and sound judgment under real pressure.

Technical fluency across myriad software and media platforms, and decades of enterprise-level experience in branding, presentations, video production, campaign development, and production-ready design, mean that I know exactly how to provide my clients what they need to succeed.

I am typically engaged to understand complex operational or technical subjects, identify the real problems, and communicate effective solutions visually at a professional level — research, synthesis, organization and technical accuracy included, as opposed to mere artwork.

I routinely perform advanced design work for the U.S. Department of Defense, federal, state and local government agencies, as well as technically-demanding commercial and non-profit clients.
