Colorado Graphic Design™ is dedicated to forging mutually-beneficial, long-term business relationships. We work rapidly and efficiently to deliver outstanding creatives at a fair price, on-time and on-budget. Below are our basic rates, terms and policies.
Project Quotes:
We provide complimentary, no-obligation quotes/estimates based on your stated project details. Our quotes are typically valid for 14 calendar days, and are always very accurate, unless the client subsequently changes the specifications, which may affect our fee.
Rates:
Hourly Fee: $50. Flat rates may be offered for certain projects. We gratefully offer a 10% discount for active duty U.S. military and first responder personnel.
Terms:
Service Agreement: Project work commences once the client approves an emailed Service Agreement outlining the nature and scope of work, timelines, delivery details and fee terms.
Payments & Deposits: Payment in-full is typically due upon invoicing, and prior to delivery of project creatives. For new clients or certain projects, we may require a deposit of up to 50% to commence work.
Copyrights:
All creatives, designs, files or other items provided by Colorado Graphic Design™ remain our exclusive copyrighted property, until payment in-full has been satisfied according to the terms of each Service Agreement, at which time they typically transfer to the client. We can provide "Release of Trademark & Copyrights" documents upon request.
