How I Work

Design is the medium. Understanding is the product.

A graphic designer is hired to make things. I'm engaged to solve problems — research, synthesis, organization, judgment, technical accuracy and clear communication, expressed through work that happens to look exceptional. Every capability below is a discipline, not a commodity.

Brand & Identity Systems

A cohesive visual system built on real strategic positioning — not a logo delivered in isolation.

Strategic & Government Communications

Technical accuracy and RFP-grade rigor for agencies, contractors and organizations where the details are load-bearing.

Campaigns & Advertising

Message strategy and visual execution for campaigns that need to move an audience, not just look nice.

Motion, Voice & Technical Media

Video graphics and narration informed by an FAA-trained ear for clarity under pressure.

Production Systems: Packaging, Signage & Environmental

Production-ready design that survives contact with a fabricator, printer or bottler — not just a screen.

I am likely a good fit if:

  • The project is complex, technical, high-stakes and/or mission-critical.
  • You need a genuine tech/ops expert to fully understand and address the requirements, not simply execute a brief.
  • You're building something longlasting — e.g., a brand, fully integrated system, or important body of communication.
  • Accuracy and judgment matter as much as aesthetics, and extreme expertise/experience is required to achieve complete success.

I am likely not a good fit if:

  • Price is a primary/deciding factor.
  • The project is a simple "one-off", with no need for strategic, master-level input.
  • You are more concerned with low cost and high speed, vice excellent communications, "old-school" expertise, pixel-perfect production-ready artwork, and the experience to collaborate closely with any production vendor to deliver the goods, on-time and budget.
  • You are unwilling to sign a detailed Service Agreement, and pony-up a 50% deposit (until I know you better).
