Every design is built to the embroidery or print vendor's actual specifications, with thread-count-aware color separation, so that the finished product precisely matches the artwork you approved.
What's Included:
Patch, decal and insignia work covers embroidered patches, morale patches, vinyl decals and stickers, vehicle and equipment markings, and formal unit crests and seals — each color-separated and built to the specific embroidery or print vendor's actual production method, not a generic template.
The Process:
Patches live and die on technical accuracy — correct heraldry, accurate thread-count-aware color separation, and artwork that survives being shrunk to two or three inches. Every design is built against the vendor's production specs from the first sketch, so what gets embroidered or printed matches what you approved.
Typical Timeline: Most patch and insignia projects run two to four weeks from concept to vendor-ready art, depending on heraldry review.
